L.O.C. Method

L.O.C. Method

The L.O.C. method is a technique of layering products to obtain optimal moisturization. How you approach this method depends on the porosity of your hair.

L - Applying a liquid to hydrate your hair

This can be simply using water or a hair mist with other nutrients. You determine the type of liquid you would like to add to your routine. Keeping in mind what your hair needs.

O - Applying oil to lock in moisture

When choosing an oil, always keep in mind what your strands need. If your hair is dry, too oily or needs some shine there are oils that can lock in moisture while suppressing other issues.

C - Applying a cream to prevent moisture loss

Just like the other two, think about what your hair needs when choosing a cream. Be sure to keep at the forefront of your mind the porosity of your hair when choosing a cream because you don’t want a cream that’s too heavy or too light.

Variations of this method are C.L.O., L.O. and L.C.O. (can fight humidity)
