How to make rice water:
Soaking Instructions
- Rinse off ½ cup of uncooked rice
- Put rice in a bowl and fill the bowl with 2 cups of water
- Soak at room temperature for up to 24 hours
- Strain water into a spray bottle
- Refrigerate until ready for use
Boiling Instructions
- Rinse off ½ cup of uncooked rice
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
- Add in rice
- Remove from heat once water gets cloudy
- Let cool
- Stain water into a spray bottle
- Refrigerate until ready for use (shelf life 1 week)
